A picture of Wakulla soil.The Wakulla series consists of very deep, somewhat excessively drained, rapidly permeable soils that formed in sandy Coastal Plain sediments on uplands
and stream terraces. Near the type location, mean annual air temperature is 62 degrees F. and mean annual precipitation is 49 inches. Slopes range from 0
to 15 percent.

TAXONOMIC CLASS: Siliceous, thermic Psammentic Hapludults
